Acceptance of these Terms
By downloading, accessing, or using the Werash platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you are using Werash on behalf of a business (such as a workshop), you confirm that you are authorised to bind that business to these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the platform.

Eligibility & accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract under the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating your account and to keep it up to date.
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
Our role
Werash is a technology platform that connects Car Owners with independent, verified Workshops. We are not a workshop and do not perform repairs ourselves. The contract for any repair or service is formed directly between the Car Owner and the Workshop.
We facilitate discovery, estimates, communication, scheduling, payment, and warranty administration to make the process transparent and secure for both sides.
Bookings, estimates & jobs
Car Owners may search for Workshops, request services, and receive an upfront Estimate before any work begins. A Job is confirmed only when the Car Owner approves the Estimate.
If a Workshop discovers that additional work is required, it must submit a revised Estimate through the platform and obtain the Car Owner’s approval before proceeding. Charges that have not been approved in-app are not payable.
Payments, fees & escrow
All payments are made in-app through our approved payment providers. Cash payments outside the platform are not permitted and are not protected by these Terms.
How escrow works
- The Car Owner pays the approved amount when the Job is confirmed.
- Werash holds these funds securely in escrow.
- Funds are released to the Workshop only after the Warranty Period ends without an unresolved claim.
Werash charges a platform service fee, which is disclosed before you confirm a Job or, for Workshops, set out in your provider agreement. Applicable taxes (including VAT) are added where required by Saudi law.
Warranty
Every completed Job carries a minimum 14-day Warranty Period. If the same issue recurs within the Warranty Period, the Workshop will remedy it at no additional cost to the Car Owner. Because escrowed funds are released only after this period, your payment remains protected while the warranty is in effect.
Cancellations & refunds
Car Owners may cancel a Job free of charge before the Workshop begins work or before a scheduled pickup. Once work has started, cancellation may be subject to charges for parts already ordered or labour already performed.
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Where a Job is funded through escrow and is cancelled or unfulfilled, the held amount is returned to the Car Owner less any agreed charges.
Car owner responsibilities
- Provide accurate details about your vehicle and the issue.
- Remove personal valuables before handing over your vehicle.
- Make the vehicle available for the agreed service or pickup.
- Pay approved amounts through the platform.
Workshop responsibilities
- Hold all licences and approvals required to operate in Saudi Arabia.
- Provide honest estimates and perform work to a professional standard.
- Honour the warranty on completed work.
- Issue invoices and warranties, and keep job status updated, through the platform.
- Care for vehicles in their custody and assign qualified technicians.
Prohibited use
You agree not to misuse the platform. In particular, you must not:
- Circumvent in-app payments or arrange off-platform cash deals for platform-sourced jobs.
- Provide false information, fake reviews, or fraudulent estimates.
- Attempt to access, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the platform.
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose under Saudi law.
Liability & disclaimers
Because repairs are performed by independent Workshops, the responsibility for the quality and safety of the work rests with the Workshop that performs it. Werash is responsible for operating the platform and administering payments and warranties as described in these Terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by Saudi law, Werash is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the platform if these Terms are breached, if fraudulent or unsafe activity is suspected, or as required by law. You may close your account at any time, subject to settlement of any active Jobs or amounts owed.
Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably shall be referred to the competent courts and authorities of the Kingdom.
Changes & contact
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified in-app or by email, and the “last updated” date above will be revised. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
